EMR integration is on the roadmap, but it's not live yet. Today notes live inside Charti; you can export the finished text to paste into any EMR (Oscar, Accuro, TELUS CHR, Med Access, Epic, Cerner). Native one-click push is coming. Tell us which EMR you use and we'll prioritize accordingly.
The interface is fully bilingual today: this website and the product UI. Clinical transcription in French is coming soon; right now the scribe generates notes from English visits. If you need French-language note generation, let us know and we'll flag you when it ships.
No. Hand them a tablet in the waiting room and they're in. No download, no login. The kiosk is locked to that one intake session and can't reach anything else in Charti; the patient confirms who they are, consents, answers the questions out loud (or by tapping or typing), and hands the tablet back. Staff unlock the tablet with a PIN.
Nothing is signed without you. The intake arrives as a preapproved draft, not a finished note. You see every question with the patient's answer and the audio behind it, leave a review note on anything that looks off, and record an addendum if you want. It only enters the record when you sign it.
Yes. Charti Free is free forever, with unlimited AI dictation (for now) and standard templates. No credit card to sign up. Pro and Pair & Save are paid plans; there is no Pro trial because the Free plan lets you use the product as long as you want before upgrading.
In Toronto, Canada, on Canadian infrastructure. Session audio is discarded after processing; generated notes are stored at rest encrypted with AES-256 and keyed per tenant.
Any specialty. More than 20 ship with tuned templates, including family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, psychiatry, cardiology, dermatology, and orthopedics. Anything not already covered starts from a general SOAP template you can tune in about ten minutes.
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing cycle. Annual plans are prorated if you cancel within the first 30 days, otherwise they run to term. No phone calls, no retention scripts. Cancel from the billing page.
